Dyslexia Café (Bexhill) 7th February 2026: “Dyslexia: Myths, Realities and Lived Experience”

✨ We’re really excited to announce our February Dyslexia CAFÉ in Bexhill ✨
If you’ve been to one of our Dyslexia Cafés before, this will feel reassuringly familiar.
🪷Same calm, welcoming space.
😎Same friendly faces.
💬Same time to talk, think, ask questions, and get professional support in person.
☕️Same tea, coffee, and snacks
From 2026 onwards, all of our Dyslexia Cafés include a short, optional 30-minute intro workshop at the start of the morning. It’s not a lesson, not a lecture, and definitely not school. It’s simply a gentle way to settle in, start the conversation, and offer something useful to take away.
For our February Dyslexia CAFÉ, the focus will be:
• Is this dyslexia?
• What’s fact and what’s myth?
• How dyslexia can affect everyday life, at school, at work, and beyond
The intro workshop runs from 9:45–10:15, allowing time to arrive, grab a drink, and get settled. After that, the space is open for conversation, questions, and one-to-one or family consultations with our specialist team until midday. You’re very welcome to come for the workshop, drop in later for advice, or stay for the whole morning. There’s no pressure to do it all.
This café is for adults, parents, and families. You don’t need a diagnosis. You don’t need to know what to ask yet. You just need to be curious, or stuck, or wondering if this might finally explain a few things.
