We’ve been absolutely overwhelmed by the response — the November Dyslexia Café and all available free screening slots are now fully booked 💙
Thank you so much to everyone who’s shown such amazing support and enthusiasm for this launch event. It really means the world to us and shows how much need there is for accessible dyslexia support in our community.
(if you booked your RSVP through our website portal, you have been allocated a free screener voucher and will be able to book in for a convenient screening session …. keep an eye out for an email shortly)
Please don’t worry if you missed out this time — we’re already planning more Dyslexia Café events for December and January, and we’ll announce the next dates very soon.

We’re so excited to open the doors to our new Dyslexia Café — a warm, relaxed space for parents, carers, adults and anyone curious to learn more about dyslexia and related learning differences.
📍 The Buckhurst Suite, Beulah Baptist Church, Bexhill
☕ Light refreshments and friendly faces included!
Come along to:
✅ Chat with our specialist about dyslexia, dyscalculia and other specific learning differences (SpLDs)
✅ Find out about screenings and full diagnostic assessments for children and adults
✅ Learn how to access exam arrangements and extra support in schools and colleges
✅ Bring along school screener results or reports — we’ll help you make sense of them
✅ Get guidance for adults on PIP or Access to Work applications and understanding your rights in employment
✅ Pick up simple, low-cost strategies to support reading, spelling, memory and confidence at home
Whether you’re seeking guidance for your child, yourself, or simply want to connect with others who “get it”, you’ll be warmly welcomed.
